Mobile RPG Onmyoji has been sticking around the portable gaming space for about 3 and a half years. So congrats!

To celebrate, its developer and publisher NetEase game will be adding more shikigami and gacha opportunities for said shikigamis for fans. From 23 June to 29 June, the first summon made each day with a Mystery Amulet will be free of charge. Players will also have a chance to earn a Moon Amulet from 23 June to 4 July.

Those who summon a shikigami using a Mystery Amulet, Jade, or AR Amulet 520 times throughout the course of the event will receive a Moon Amulet, which can be used to summon an SSR-grade shikigami from a select pool of creatures. There will also be special bonuses for players who log-in to Onymoji throughout the event, which will be revealed at a later date.

Best of all, players will get a chance to summon a new SSR shikigami named Asura, a pretty badass-looking hero voiced by veteran seiyuu Katsuyuki Konishi. When he arrives in the game on 23 June, all SSR shikigami rates will increase by 2.5x from 23 June to 4 July.
