Overwatch League Will Bring Back Live Events In September
The Overwatch League will wrap up its 2021 season with a return to live events this September.
The post-season will start on 4th September with online regional play-in matches leading to a double elimination playoff bracket on 16 September. The Grand Finals will be on 25 September. Both the playoffs and Grand Finals will be played in front of a live audience.
These are the teams who are qualified for the playoff brackets:
West
East
The playoffs will take place at the Esports Stadium Arlington in Texas, while the Grand Finals will go down on 25 September at Galen Center in Los Angeles. Tickets for both will go on sale in August; hooray for those who live in countries without travel bans. Because of, well, COVID-19 still lingering around.
