MPL Malaysia Season 8 Teams

RSG MY RSG is a well-renowned team in Malaysia. With the start of Season 7, their lineup of new players has been updated with the most famous faces to enter the fighting arena this time. With Lolealz, Izanami and Zacus in their ranks, their lightning speed and incredible team chemistry, RSG MY has become unstoppable, winning the MPL MY S7 Champion and was the Top Four for MSC 2021. Their mind is all set in putting all their focus on the tournament. For S8, Mom joined RSG as a jungler so that Leixia can take a break.

TODAK TODAK has proven itself as one of the biggest MYSG teams after winning the Season 6 championship with a perfect record for its unique aggressive style. They won the 1st runner up in MPL S7 thanks to their powerful team chemistry. In S8, they will likely be introducing some new players for the season. For instance, Ajiq (Delus) was from Orange Esports last season and YumS is their new tank.

Suhaz Esports Suhaz was the 2nd-runner up for MPL MY S7. In the last season, the team collaborated with EVOS but for this season – they are now back as just Suhaz. Suhaz will continue with their team roster from S7, and have added Mali from Orange.

RED ESPORTS Red Esports made it to the top four spots in MPL MY S7. They will still retain their S7 team roster for S8.

ORANGE ESPORTS Orange Esports is back with a completely new roster this season – with some from Team Lunatix (Orange Esports youth team). Man and Min are twin brothers from S7 Reborn.

GEEKFAM GEEKFAM is a team steeped in history. They were the Champions of MPL MYSG S3 and the runner-up for MYSG S5. Their roster is the same as last season, with an objective to win the championship for S8 and qualifying for M3.

Team SMG Team SMG is back for more in MPL MY S8. They’ve been present in the MPL MY scene since S5. For this season, Jamesss will continue to serve as their coach. Another team highlight is Deto, their jungler, who is only 16 years old (the youngest jungler for MPL MY).

HomeBois Homebois have now added a new player from TODAK – Vins. The stars of the team are Chibi, Sepat, and Aul. Sepat is a talented player to watch out for this upcoming MPL MY Regular Season.

SDGR EA EBLZ Semi-pro team that fought their way through the qualifiers. Their coach Cr1tics was RSG’s coach during S7.

Team Bosskurr A few players came from Orange Esports in S7, and they’ve quit Orange to start afresh. With Kuja as their coach, Neo and Aim are the veterans of the team, they’ve battled their way through the qualifiers. Another highlight of this team is their up and coming talented jungler, Sonic from semi-pro team Mad Esports.
