By Alleef AshaariVerified|July 16, 2021|0 Comment
Jeffrey Pierce, the voice of Tommy (Joel’s brother) in The Last Of Us and The Last Of Us Part 2, will join HBO’s The Last Of Us as Perry, a rebel in a quarantine zone.
According to Deadline, another two voice actors from the games, Murray Bartlett and Con O’Neill, have also joined the cast of the HBO series. Bartlett guest stars as Frank and O’Neill is Bill, two post-pandemic survivalists living alone in their own isolated town.
Check them out:
(Left To Right) Jeffrey Pierce, Murray Bartlett and Con O’Neill.
They join a cast that already boasts the likes of Pedro Pascal, Bella Ramsey Gabriel Luna, and Merle Dandridge, and Nico Parker, who will play Joel, Ellie, Tommy, Marlene, and Sarah, respectively.
HBO’s The Last Of Us will be written and executive produced by Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and the original game director Neil Druckmann. It will be co-produced by Sony Pictures Television, PlayStation Productions, Word Games, and Naughty Dog. No release date or window has been announced as of yet.
Druckmann has previously said that there will be changes and deviations from how it originally happened in the game. You can find the full details of his quote by heading over here.
