Hot Toys Boba Fett Comes With His Own Throne
By Alleef AshaariVerified|July 14, 2021|0 Comment
The Book Of Boba Fett is slated to premiere in December 2021. We haven’t received a new look at the upcoming series since the end of The Mandalorian Season 2, but at least we have Hot Toys releasing a new figure to tide us over until then.
Hot Toy has announced the Star Wars: The Mandalorian – 1/6th scale Boba Fett (Repaint Armor) and Throne Collectible Set.
With his customized Mandalorian armour, deadly weaponry, and silent demeanour, Boba Fett was one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy. Over the course of his career, which included contracts for the Empire and the criminal underworld, he became a legend, but many thought he met his end when he fell in the horrific Sarlacc pit on Tatooine. After making a surprise return in The Mandalorian and regained his armour, he set his eyes to dispose of Bib Fortuna and took the throne.
The figure features a meticulously crafted Mandalorian helmet and armour with exceptional paint application, Boba’s iconic jetpack, skillfully tailored outfit, a flamethrower effect, a fibre cord whip, a blaster, a rifle, and a display base. This collectible set will specially feature a newly painted head sculpt with an astonishing likeness and a highly detailed throne for Boba Fett. A Special Edition available only in selected markets will specially include hologram figures of Razor Crest and Boba Fett’s Star Ship as bonus accessories.
What’s interesting is that the Star Wars: The Mandalorian – 1/6th scale Boba Fett (Repaint Armor) and Throne Collectible Set also teases a Hot Toys of the assassin and bounty hunter Fennec Shand (see below), which has yet to be officially revealed. In the series, Shand is played by actress Ming-Na Wen.
