Guess Who The Top 5 Most-Used Characters In Street Fighter 5 Are?

Capcom recently released a character usage stats page for August 2021, which shows the most-used character as of late. The results may not shock you.

While Ryu is number one, Akira Kazama from Rival Schools/Project Justice is the second most-used character. And she was released on 16th August, so it took less than a month for her to climb up in the top 5 along with Oro.

I mean, it’s as if people who play fighting games and love fun Capcom titles are really clamouring for a game featuring characters similar to Akira and from the 90s games she was in. You know, the one about schools, justice, and rivals. It would be reassuring if Capcom can take a hint from here on out.

Here are the top 10 characters being used in Street Fighter 5 in August 2021 onward:

  1. Ryu
  2. Akira
  3. Ken
  4. Akuma
  5. Oro
  6. Guile
  7. Kage
  8. Cammy
  9. Zangief
  10. M.Bison

Street Fighter 5 is out right now, with its latest DLC update featuring Akira and Oro. The next and final addition to the roster, Luke, will be out this November.
