Diablo 2: Resurrected Went Through Multiple Server Outages During Weekend
Players who wanted to spend the weekend of 9th and 10th October playing nothing but Diablo 2: Resurrected were in for some multiple downtimes.
According to Blizzard’s server Twitter account (via Mp1st.com), the game’s American servers have been acting up. Multiple players said they ran into issues on 9th and 10th October, unable to login and also finding their online account temporarily character-less.

Thankfully it has been resolved; Blizzard has been investigating the issue of slow and failed login attempts 6 hours ago.

This has been the latest weekend where Diablo 2: Resurrected’s online servers had to go through emergency maintenance. Thankfully, savvy players can either use their offline characters or just play Diablo 3 and its soon-to-be-ending Season 24 event to pass the downtime.
