Spy x Family Manga Infiltrates Anime Medium Next Year
Production studios Clover Works and Wit Studio just announced an anime adaptation of Shonen Jump+’s top-selling digital manga: Spy x Family.Â
The anime adaptation will start airing in 2022. Spy x Family is an action-comedy about a bunch of hitmen pretending to be a family, created by Tatsuya Endo. The twist? The main hitman Loid Forger who enacted this plan does not know that his fake wife and daughter are actually trained assassins too.
Takuya Eguchi (IDOLiSH7 My Love Story!!) will voice the main character Loid Forger. The anime will be directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi (Hunter x Hunter) while its character designs will be worked on by Kazuaki Shimada (Yama no Susume). The show’s music will be composed by (K)now name.
