Mihoyo To Host Hoyo Fest In Southeast Asia This November; Features Genshin Impact Celebration
By Jonathan ToyadVerified|October 26, 2021|0 Comment
Mihoyo just announced that it will be hosting a HoYo FEST grand opening in Southeast Asia this November in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia. Vietnam’s celebration will be at a later date.
The annual event is a celebration of all things Mihoyo games-related, highlighting its mobile action game Honkai Impact 3rd, visual novel Tears of Themis, and its super-popular online RPG Genshin Impact.
Here’s the schedule and collaboration cafes involved with the celebration:
Honkai Impact 3rd: 5th to 16th November
Tears of Themis: 19th to 30th November
Genshin Impact: 3rd to 14th December
Singapore: Aniplus Cafe
Malaysia: my Burger Lab
Thailand: NANA Coffee Roasters Ari
The Philippines: Moon Rabbit Café + Restaurant
Indonesia: Warung Koffie Batavia
Vietnam: To Be Announced
So far, there will be exclusive items and merchandise to buy and also special menu items in each cafe and eating place associated with the festival. For example, here’s the Honkai Menu 3rd menu in Malaysia’s my Burger Lab collaboration on November.
…and here’s the one in Singapore…
…and finally the one in The Philippines.
Each region will be selling the same merchandise for their respective game series, with the highlight right now being the Anniversary Ball Seele scale figure from Honkai Impact 3rd, complete with a nice plastic flower prop to keep things classy.
More details about the event -especially the Genshin Impact celebration which I’m sure many gaming and anime fans are waiting for- will be revealed on the official site here, most likely on a date closer to the event.
