Tiger & Bunny 2 Announced For April 2022
Netflix is at it again with its anime domination. The company announced a bunch of anime stuff during its Netflix Festival Japan 2021 livestream today, one of them being a second season to the acclaimed sci-fi superhero anime Tiger & Bunny.Â
Billed as Tiger & Bunny 2, the second season will be out on April 2022 on Netflix. Here’s the key visual: it’s what you expect from a shonen series about superheroes and the sponsorships who fund their crime-fighting endeavours.
The second season’s premise takes place after the events of the Tiger & Bunny The Movie – The Rising anime film. The show will have its main cast returning to their previous roles:
Directing the new season is Mitsuko Kase of Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory fame. Masakazu Katsura will be back for character design duties.
