Unreleased Dune GBA Game To Launch Kickstarter Campaign Next Week

Elland The Crystal Wars, an unreleased first-person flying shooter Dune game for Game Boy Advance will be launching a funding campaign on Kickstarter on 16 November 2021.

Elland The Crystal Wars was originally licensed with the IP of Dune, which was cancelled some 20 years ago. The game was previously developed by Soft Brigade, whose property was held by Cryo Interactive.

This will include 23 “huge” missions and various weapons and power-ups like missiles, bombs, and a “Grays Cannon”. The title is conveniently set in a “harsh desert world” at the edges of the universe, where you will “pilot a fighter ship and take care of several duties: escorting, guarding, destroying enemy ships and buildings, capturing vehicles, and collecting resources.”

In the meantime, you can check out our feature on the classic Dune games from years ago.
