Xbox 20th Anniversary Celebration: Halo Infinite Multiplayer Is Out Now

Power On: The Story Of Xbox

Power On: The Story Of Xbox is a six-part documentary about the 20 years of the console’s history. It launches on 13 December 2021 on various video streaming platforms.

More Than 70 New Backward Compatible Games

More than 70 backward compatible games have been added to the Xbox consoles, including the Max Payne franchise, F.E.A.R. series and more.

Halo TV Series Trailer

The teaser shows Pablo Schreiber suiting up Master Chief’s iconic armour before we can hear Cortana (Jen Taylor) saying, “Hello, Master Chief”.

The teaser also confirms that the Halo TV series will release exclusively on the Paramount+ streaming service sometime in 2022, which was already announced back in February 2021.

Steven Spielberg, Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey executive produce for Amblin Television alongside Steven Kane, director Otto Bathurst and Toby Leslie for One Big Picture and Kyle Killen and Scott Pennington for Chapter Eleven. Kiki Wolfkill, Frank O’Connor and Bonnie Ross serve as executive producers for 343 Industries.

Showtime will continue to produce Halo for Paramount+, and the network’s creative executive team, led by Gary Levine and Amy Israel, who had been working on the series for years, will continue to oversee it.

Halo stars Schreiber as Master Chief, Natasha McElhone as Dr Halsey and Jen Taylor as Cortana. Additional stars include Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy and Danny Sapani.

Halo Infinite Multiplayer Is Out Now

Halo Infinite Multiplayer is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. It’s free-to-play and progress will carry over when the game officially launches on 8 December 2021.

Season 1: Heroes of Reach officially begins today. All of your Battle Pass progression, Spartan customization, and shop purchases will carry over from the beta to the full release of Halo Infinite.

The first season will last until May 2022. Along the way, Halo Infinite will have multiple in-game events with their own rewards and activities. The first is Fracture: Tenrai, featuring a limited-time Event Pass, playlist, and Samurai-themed rewards starting next week.
