By Alleef AshaariVerified|November 1, 2021|0 Comment
PUBG MOBILE has announced its partnership with Swedish hyper-car manufacturing company Koenigsegg, to bring their custom made, lightning-fast rides to the battlegrounds. The company mainly manufactures sports cars and has also broken various world records in terms of car speed. With this new partnership, PUBG MOBILE is giving players a unique in-game opportunity to get behind the wheels of some of the world’s most exclusive hyper-cars.
Starting from 1st of November until the 30th of November 2021, players can purchase the Jesko, a Koenigsegg mega car with a 5.0 litre twin-turbo V8 engine capable of producing up to 1600hp, or the Gemera, Koenigsegg’s first four-seater and the world’s first Mega GT. Both cars come in three different colours for players to choose from. Those looking to further enhance their Koenigsegg apparel can head to the Event Centre to complete missions that will provide exclusive rewards, such as graffiti, parachutes, pans and more.
Vincent Wang, Head of PUBG MOBILE Publishing, Tencent Games, said:
“Koenigsegg is a brand that brings an incredible amount of innovation to an already fast-moving industry. As innovators in our field, we are constantly seeking to provide new and improved experiences for our players, through partnerships, gameplay updates and more.
In partnering with the artisans of Koenigsegg, we are bringing the unique craftsmanship and boundary pushing speed of their supercars to the PUBG MOBILE battlefield, giving players a new and exhilarating way to experience the game.â€
PUBG MOBILE is available for free at the App Store and Google Play Store.
