Elden Ring PC System Requirements Revealed
Elden Ring, the follow-up to From Software’s Dark Souls/Bloodborne action RPG series, will be out in a few weeks’ time, and publisher Bandai Namco just revealed the game’s PC specs.
Here they are; seems demanding enough for a 2022 game:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3300X or Intel Core i5-8400
RAM: 12GB
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 or NVidia GeForce GTX 1060
VRAM: 3 to 4 GB
DirectX: DirectX 12 (feature level 12.0)
Storage: 60GB
CPU:Â Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
RAM:Â 16 GB
GPU:Â Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070, 8 GB or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56, 8 GB
VRAM: 8GB
DirectX:Â DirectX 12 (feature level 12.0)
Storage:Â 60 GB
At this point in time, there are no recommended specs stated. Bandai Namco also added that Elden Ring will support a maximum resolution of native 4K, HDR, and frame rates of up to 60fps. Ray tracing will also be supported, but not available at launch. There’s no indication that AMD FSR or NVidia DLSS will be available to boost the frame rate beyond 60fps; From Software may be implementing an fps cap just like it did with Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Surely that’s more than enough to make mod support grow faster than ever for Elden Ring. In any case, we’ll be sure to update this page as soon as we get new info on the specs.
Elden Ring will be out on 25 February for PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
