Here’s A Pretty Accurate KOF XV Climax Tier List
By Jon ToyadVerified|February 20, 2022|0 Comment
While it’ll take some time for The King of Fighters pro players and content creators to make up a definitive bunch of KOF XV tier lists for competitive play, here’s a good alternative to sate your thirsts.
Pro gamer Justin Wong, known for having a lot of people pull off EVO Moment 37 on him during online play, just published his own KOF XV tier list on the best Climax Desperation Moves for the entire cast. Here it is from the best to the worst:
It’s clear that the S-Tier Climax moves are given more love in KOF XV; nowhere is this more apparent than with Ralf’s nuclear punch thing, Terry Bogard’s Power Geyser++, and the fan service stuff provided by Luong, Yuri, and Angel.
Still some good finishers here like Athena’s “tee hee” mass destruction fireball, King of Dinosaurs’ mega grapple, and Mai’s explosive flames.
Just a quick note: Elisabeth may not be in the picture, but Justin Wong said that her Climax is S Tier. Which it is; it’s pretty cool-looking. All in all, can’t go wrong with this current tier list that’s both flashy and damage-filled. KOF XV is out right now for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC. Stay tuned to Kakuchopurei when we have our KOF XV music tier list in the future.
