Funko, the makers of Funko Pop! toys which you usually buy last-minute for people who like pop culture stuff because you’re lazy at shopping for gifts, is going in the games-making business.

The toy-making company will be making a triple-A action platformer game together with developer 10:10 Games, and is being led by BAFTA award winner Jon Burton of Puggsy and Mickey Mania fame. The game is scheduled for a 2023 release window.

“Unique look”…if you say so, buddy.

Here’s a quote from 10:10 Games design director Arthur Parsons, who probably has to come up with words to justify all the money they’re given to do this possibly lucrative project:
