One Piece Celebrates 25th Anniversary With Special Commemorative Video

One Piece is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special commemorative video. One Piece originally came out in July 1997 and since reached 1053 chapters as of July 2022.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., in cooperation with Shueisha Inc., Toei Animation Co., Ltd., and Toei Company, Ltd., recently announced that they will be holding the One Piece Day livestream event across two days from 22 July to 23 July 2022. This broadcast will be streamed for fans worldwide and will cover all things One Piece, including the manga, anime, movies, music, games, goods, and more.

Day 2 (23 July 2022 at 9am GMT+8) will be packed full of content celebrating the 25th anniversary of One Piece (since first being published in 1997 in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” No. 34) for fans from all around the world to enjoy. Brand-new and exciting information will also be unveiled.
