Shin Ultraman Is Coming To Malaysia This October
Malaysian cinema chain GSC Cinemas has announced that Shin Ultraman will premiere exclusively at GSC Cinemas on 6 October 2022.

Directed by Shinji Higuchi, Shin Ultraman originally premiered in Japan in May 2022. It is based on a screenplay by Neon Genesis Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno, who also directed 2016’s Shin Godzilla (also known as Godzilla Resurgence) alongside Shinji Higuchi. It was a great movie, dealing with politics and introducing a new King of Kaiju returning to his more villainous monster roots (instead of the hero he’s been depicted in recent years).
The official Shin Ultraman synopsis reads:
“Giant unknown creatures have appeared one after another, and their existence becomes everyday. The Japanese government, which has reached its limit because conventional weapons are completely useless, gathers specialists for measures against the beasts and establishes the Special Countermeasures Office for the Beasts. A silver giant suddenly appears from outside the atmosphere while the crisis of the evil beast is approaching.”
