Kojima Productions Is Making A Watch With NASA

Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions, makers of adventure posting game Death Stranding, is teaming up with Swedish watchmaker Anicorn and NASA for a watch-based collaboration.

The trio will be making a silver watch called Homo Ludens, which comes with golden details, a NASA stamp on the dial, and the Kojima Productions tagline “From Sapiens to Ludens” on the outer casing. The watch itself is 2 years in the making, with its design being supervised by Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa. Check out the trailer for the wristwear below.

And that’s not all: if you pay for the Rare Edition of the watch, you get a wearable Ludens Mask called SPACE LUDENS (all caps). Only a 100 of these will be available and is movie prop standard material made via Multi Jet Fusion process, whatever that is. It does look nice!

If you’re interested, you can preorder the regular or Rare edition of the Ludens watch on 27 September via this link.
