Yakuza 8 Announced; Kiryu Kazuma Has Silver Hair
Sega has announced a new Yakuza/Like A Dragon entry during today’s Ryu Ga Gotoku Summit 2022 event.
The game is called Like A Dragon 8, and it features both Ichiban Kasuga and Kiryu Kazuma as the lead protagonists of the game’s story, sharing the spotlight for the first time. Part 8 will be an RPG like Yakuza 7, where combat is turn-based and playable characters have switchable jobs and roles.
As to why Kiryu has silver hair this time around according to the picture above? The Ryu Ga Gotoku team said there is a story reason for this and won’t reveal anything until the game is out. Speaking of which, the title will be out in 2024 for PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
