Projekt Z Is A New Zombie Shooter From Modus Games
By Lewis LarcombeVerified|October 13, 2022|0 Comment
Modus Games has signed an agreement with developer 314 Arts to publish a new co-op zombie survival first-person shooter Projekt Z for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, the company announced. A release date was not announced.
The game is set to be an atmospheric zombie cooperative first-person shooter set in World War II with a diverse crew of soldiers, each with their own unique abilities, whose mission is to unravel the secrets of a Nazi experiment on a lush, remote island. Players will discover covert schemes related and unrelated to “Projekt Z”—a plan formulated by the Nazis to turn zombies into weapons to shift the war in their favour.
“We are pleased to announce to the community that has supported us since the beginning of development that we’ve found an excellent partner in Modus Games and look forward to completing this passion project.”
– Justin Miersch, Game Designer at 314 Arts
Already attracting a devoted fanbase, Projekt Z‘s feature set upon launch will be expansive. Build and customize your hideout, craft and upgrade weapons, recruit allies, select your missions based on the story arc of your character, solve sporadic puzzles, find hidden loot and, of course, fight hordes of undead across multiple modes.
“Projekt Z is much more than your average cooperative shooter, and we are very excited to reveal its depth and uniqueness to fans of the genre. Together with the team at 314 Arts, we are eager to share more in the coming months.”
– Shane Bierwith, President at Modus Games
