WayForward and Arc System Works’ sequel to River City Girls, a 2D RPG brawler featuring schoolgirls and tons of mayhem, is coming soon.

WayForward has announced that the North America and Europe (and official digital release by association) version of the Kunio-kun-verse 2D beat-em-up will be out on 15 December. The game is slated for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo platforms.

The game’s story takes place after 2019’s River City Girls where they have to fight the Sanwakai criminal syndicate. This time, the duo Kyoko and Misako are joined by Kunio, Riki, Marian (Double Dragon), and Provie (River City Ransom: Underground), each with their own fighting styles and sweet moves.
