Rhapsody Marl Kingdom Chronicles Announced, Sequels Getting Localized For The First Time

NIS America has announced Rhapsody Marl Kingdom Chronicles for the PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will include 1999’s Rhapsody II: Ballad Of The Little Princess and 2000’s Rhapsody III: Memories Of Marl Kingdom, both of which are getting English localizations for the first time.

It will launch sometime in summer 2023 with English and Japanese audio, and English-only text. However, the PC versions will only be available individually.

Players will experience the continuation of 1998’s Rhapsody A Musical Adventure told through two of the sequels coming to the West for the first time. Following in the footsteps of her mother Cornet, young Kururu sets out on a journey to find her own prince in Rhapsody II Ballad Of The Little Princess.

In Rhapsody III Memories Of Marl Kingdom, a series of charming chapters concludes the stories of Rhapsody and its characters. Players will experience events that occur before, during, and after the previous Rhapsody titles, including a heartfelt conclusion about Cornet’s mother, Cherie. The revamped and refined battle system comes with combined character attacks and the addition of a 3D camera.
