God Of War Ragnarok Is The Biggest Winner At The 2023 BAFTA Games Awards
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has announced the winners of the 2023 BAFTA Games Awards, with Sony Interactive Entertainment’s and Sony Santa Monica’s PS4/PS5 exclusive God Of War Ragnarok winning the most awards of the night.
The sequel to 2018’s God Of War won in five categories, including Best Animation, Best Audio Achievement, Best Music, Best Performer In A Leading Role with Christopher Judge as protagonist Kratos, Best Performer In A Supporting Role with Laya Deleon Hayes as Angrboða, and EE Game Of The Year (voted by the public).

However, the actual Best Game (or Game Of The Year) award went to Vampire Survivors from developer/publisher Poncle.

The BAFTA Games Awards also gave a BAFTA Fellowship to Shuhei Yoshida, the current head of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s independent (indie) developer initiative and former president of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios from 2008 to 2019.
