Merge Games has announced that the multiplayer survival game Smalland Survive The Wilds is out now in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store. Developed and published in-house, Smalland Survive The Wilds challenges players to survive as one of a race of tiny people in a vast, hazardous open world.

Explore a rich and immersive landscape as the Smallfolk, a tiny race of people battling lake-sized puddles, mountainous trees and monstrous creatures from grasshoppers to geckos that see you as lower on the food chain. Scavenge materials to build encampments, craft powerful armour sets and delicious heart-warming food as you carve out your legacy in the wilds.

As you gain a foothold in this dangerous environment, find and tame creatures to ride into battle and explore the world from a whole new perspective. Scale skyscraper-sized trees, scramble through cavernous cracks in roads, and more as you experience the unique biomes of Smalland’s huge open world.

You can play solo or with up to 9 additional friends in multiplayer with crossplay between Steam and Epic Games Store. Explore the world and survive together or toggle friendly fire to bring the fight to others. Uncover ancient lore from hidden NPCs scattered throughout the world as you learn to survive in this hostile wilderness.

Tame and ride wild creatures from Geckos to Spiders, each mount providing a unique means of travel. The world and its inhabitants are yours to conquer.
