Atelier Ryza 3 Sales Top 290,000, Most Likely Guaranteeing Another Sequel

Thighs saves lives, at least when it comes to Koei Tecmo’s financial status.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, a JRPG which features alchemy and a head-turning main character, has surpassed 290,000 units according to Koei Tecmo when talking about its financial results for its fiscal year ending 31 March 2023. That’s good news for Gust and the future of the Atelier series, though the company will probably need to write upcoming stories for main protag Ryza, especially if its newer heroines in the Atelier series aren’t pulling their weight.

Atelier Ryza 3 is out now for PC, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. If you want more Ryza, there’s going to be an anime adaptation of the JRPG series. If you prefer a remake of the very first Atelier game, Atelier Marie will be out later this year. All in all, it’s a good year to be a Gust and Atelier fan!
