Final Fantasy 14 Stormblood Expansion Free To Download For A Limited Time
Square Enix is dusting off some of their classic stuff and serving it up for a new generation of players who missed out on it the first time around. Specifically, they’re giving away the game’s second expansion, Stormblood, for free to players who already have a paid subscription.
This DLC was released six years ago and was originally a premium piece of content, but now you can download it for free until 28 May.
But wait, before you start downloading, there’s a catch. It’s not free-to-play, it’s just free-to-download. So make sure you already have a paid subscription before you try to grab it.
The offer is available for both the console and PC versions of the game, but if you’re a PC player, be sure to double-check that you’re downloading the correct edition. Only the Steam download will work if you bought the game on Steam. The free offer won’t last forever, so get in quick and enjoy the game whenever you like!
