Romance Visual Novel Remake Of ONE. Launches December In Japan
By Lewis LarcombeVerified|April 28, 2023|0 Comment
Fans of the romance visual novel genre will be thrilled to know that ONE, a popular game, is getting a remake! NEXTON and novamicus, the publisher and developer respectively, announced that the game will be launching on 22 December in Japan for Switch and PC via Steam.
Ares will handle the distribution of the Switch version. If you can’t wait to get your hands on it, pre-orders will be available starting 26 May.
For those who haven’t played the game before, here’s a brief overview of the story: It’s set in winter 1998, and you play as an average student. Suddenly, another world appears within you, like a thick layer of snow slowly covering your everyday life.
You begin to realize that it’s the small things in your daily routine, the scenery you’re used to, and the warmth of someone you love (but didn’t realize you did) that keep you grounded in this world. This realization prompts you to pursue a special bond with this person, but what kind of world will you end up in, and whose hand will you be holding when the seasons change and the sun starts shining?
