Cat Quest: Pirates Of The Purribean Pouncing Onto PS4 & PS5 In 2024

Hold on to your hats, you cats because a brand new addition to the Cat Quest series has just been unveiled at the PlayStation Showcase. Say hello to Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean! This adorable action game centred around our feline friends, is set to make its debut on both PS4 and PS5 next year, in 2024.
In a recent post on the PlayStation Blog, the developers spilt the beans on what makes this Cat Quest instalment extra special. Get ready to embark on an epic pirate-themed adventure, as they’ve crafted a fully immersive world for you to explore. And by fully immersive, I mean you’ll be navigating both land and sea! You’ll even have your very own ship, allowing you to sail across vast oceans and quickly dock at uncharted islands.
The developers also revealed an exciting new combat feature in their blog post. It’s called the weapon-swapping mechanic, and it lets you switch between different weapons on the fly. This means you can unleash a whole range of combo attacks to keep your foes on their toes. And guess what? You can even use this feature with your trusty ship! Picture this: starting off a combo with a powerful ship cannon and seamlessly transitioning to land combat with a fearsome Blunderpuss, the feline equivalent of a pirate’s blunderbuss. Ahoy, mateys!
So mark your calendars, me hearties, because Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean is scheduled to set sail on the PS4 and PS5 in 2024. Prepare for an unforgettable adventure filled with adorable kitties, swashbuckling action, and endless fun on the high seas!
