Capcom Showcase 2023 Confirmed, New Games To Be Announced
By Ali'sha HarrisVerified|June 6, 2023|0 Comment
Capcom has officially announced that it will be hosting a Capcom Showcase, ready to show off what it has planned for the rest of 2023 and beyond to fans worldwide on 12 June.
The event will be celebrating the Japanese publisher’s 40th Anniversary, featuring the latest updates, alongside new information on upcoming releases and future titles, runtime is about 36 minutes. As for the time, viewers will be able to tune in at 3PM PDT/ 6PM ET/ 11PM BST (13 June, 6AM Malaysia time GMT +8) to catch the show livestream on Capcom’s official Youtube, Twitch, and TikTok account.
The big question is what games to expect from Capcom. As of now, the company has released two big game releases (Resident Evil 4, Street Fighter 6) in addition to previously announced remasters (Ghost Trick, Mega Man Battle Network). Exoprimal, a dino co-op which is scheduled for release in July, is yet to launch. Additionally, Pragmata is supposedly still on track for a 2023 release, yet we’ve seen absolutely nothing since its initial reveal in June 2020.
Besides those, we can only speculate on our end. More details about the program lineup will be announced closer to the event. Stay tuned for what’s next from Capcom at Kakuchopurei!
In the meantime, if you’re a fan of Street Fighter 6, you’re in luck! We’ve made a starter guide for all the 18 fighters’ move lists for you to get ready to battle!
