Diablo 4: All Unique & Ancestral Weapons & Gear Found So Far

Diablo 4 is out this early June, and it’s going to be a treat for action RPG fans who yearn for the days of a good challenge and better loot.

Diablo 4 features Unique and Ancestral tier loot, featuring power-ups and skills that aren’t available in the game’s Aspect power-up system. The trade-off? They only drop in Tier 3 and Tier 4 difficulty of the game, which means you need to complete the campaign and finish the game’s capstone dungeon in Tier 2 to activate the harder difficulties.

Once that’s done, Unique and Ancestral items will start dropping as you level up to 70 and 90. Unique gear are very special items with unique power-ups not seen or available as Aspects. Ancestral is the highest tier of items after Sacred; if you have an Ancestral Legendary, it’s better than a Sacred or regular Legendary. Higher difficulty means higher drop rates for these powerful pieces of gear. Unless there’s a dedicated source for the Unique, all the items here are random drops from Tier 3 and Tier 4.

Here’s what we’ve uncovered so far, from our playthrough of the game to resource sites like Maxroll.gg. We’ll be updating this list as time goes by; our luck with gear drops isn’t so hot during the time we reviewed the game.
