Disney Announces Delays For Avatar 3, The Next Avengers Movies, Fantastic Four & More
The Disney empire has announced many release date changes, including a lot of delays for upcoming movies.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Avatar 3 has been delayed from December 2024 to December 2025. Avatar 4 will now release in December 2029 and Avatar 5 in December 2031.
Avengers The Kang Dynasty has been delayed a whole year to 1 May 2026 while Avengers Secret Wars will premiere on 7 May 2027.
Captain America Brave New World will now release on 24 July 2024, while Thunderbolts will premiere on 20 December 2024. Blade will premiere on 14 February 2025 and Fantastic Four will premiere on 2 May 2025.
However, it’s not all bad news. Deadpool 3 is releasing earlier, on 3 May 2024 instead of 8 November 2024.
Two Star Wars movies are now releasing on 22 May 2026 and 18 December 2026, though it’s unknown what they are.
A new movie in Ridley Scott’s Alien franchise will also premiere on 16 August 2024.
