Steam Summer Sale 2023: The Best Deals
By KakuchopureiVerified|June 30, 2023|0 Comment
Summer is here worldwide, and with that comes another Steam Sale to have a bunch of games in your backlog. Oh, and maybe play them once in a while.
The earlier sale was probably too early for big game discounts, but now it’s the middle of the year, so expect some of this year’s titles to get a sizeable price cut. Here are the best deals of 2023’s Steam Summer Sale.
The action-adventure sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Outcast, this Respawn-developed game offers more Star Wars, more Jedi lightsaber action, and more customization for protagonist Cal Kestis. Read our review to find out why it’s this year’s best Star Wars game.
A fun boomer shooter that hearkens back to the good old days of the 90s. But with Warhammer 40K. If you just want to be a Space Marine and blasts enemies nonstop in 2D pixel glory, this one’s your jam.
Yeah, we still need to review this one proper. However, we wholeheartedly recommend it if you love looter shooter games, spaceships, and think Diablo 4 is too expensive right now. You ain’t lived until you own a giant Protoss Carrier-like ship that has a Legendary gold gun that shoots solar flares.
The Yakuza spin-off that was exclusive to PlayStation 3 is now made available for PC. And with a lovely 30% discount to boot! If you’re done with Yakuza Zero, you may want to check out this loving remake of a samurai tale featuring Yakuza/Like A Dragon characters.
A veritable sleeper hit of 2023, this 2D platformer is a Wario Land tribute in PC form. It’s a non-stop absurd speedrunning platforming bliss featuring a bizarre art style and aesthetic.
Here’s the obligatory “buy Elden Ring for a cheaper price” post that’s on every Steam Sale posts. And why not? It’s 2022’s best role-playing game outright because it’s huge, expansive, challenging, and memorable.
One of last year’s genre-defining games featuring Castlevania-like sprites and simple WASD keys gameplay is getting a decent discount off of its RM14.99 price tag.
Atlus’ hit JRPG Persona 5 Royal has topped one million in worldwide shipments and digital sales for all platforms, making it one of the best Persona series in the franchise. Currently, the game has 28,778 “Overwhelmingly Positive” reviews on Steam, and it’s now 40% off!
Developer Endnight Games’ hit survival game, Sons Of The Forest is now on sale with 20% off from its original price, RM72.00. In its first 24 hours of launch, the game sold over 2 million copies! Players are able to experience survival horror open-world where they find themselves in a cannibal-infested hellscape on a remote island. Give it a go with your friends!
The latest action-rhythm game from Bethesda and Tango Gameworks, Hi-Fi Rush is a superb game where you rock out to the rhythm beating enemies in style. Many have praised the game to be worthy of being a GOTY contender with its stylish art style and fun combat mechanics. If you love music and video games, nothing beats Hi-Fi Rush! Check out our Hi-Fi Rush review.
How this 2022 strategy game from Firaxis and 2K Games is now below RM100 is beyond our understanding, especially if it’s a critically-acclaimed title featuring cool supernatural-laced Marvel characters like Magik and Ghost Rider. Still, we aren’t one to look a gift horse in the mouth; get this lovely RPG strategy title for a killer price!
