Saturday Morning Cartoon Game MythForce Launches This September

Aspyr and Beamdog have announced that the first-person fantasy roguelike game MythForce will leave Early Access and launch for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC on 12 September 2023.

MythForce was originally launched in Early Access for PC via Epic Games Store on 20 April 2022. The upcoming version 1.0 release will feature three episodes (up from one when Early Access launched), unlockable difficulty modes, and an overhaul of the meta-progression system with drop-in/drop-out functionality for online cooperative play.

Inspired by beloved Saturday morning cartoons, MythForce unites swords & sorcery with gripping 1st-person combat in a new roguelike adventure, featuring four playable character classes to choose from. It can be played either solo or in online multiplayer with up to four players.

It was originally announced during Nintendo Direct June 2023.
