Tekken 8’s Last Base Roster Character Is Reina, Who Fights Like A Mishima

The 32nd character in 3D fighting game Tekken 8 has been revealed.

During the Evo Tekken 8 Showcase that aired this morning on 13 November GMT+8, Bandai Namco has announced Reina, the Purple Lightning. She’s a 20-something girl fighter with a mean streak and a ton of familiar moves. Yes, she fights using a lot of Heihachi Mishima’s moves alongside Kazuya and perhaps Jin. Even her debut trailer teases potential story stuff with her and the surviving Mishimas.

Tekken 8 will be out on 26 January for PC, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5. For more on the Evo Tekken 8 Showcase, check out the highlights and high-level gameplay below:
