Atomic Heart Candy-Coated DLC Launches Next February
By Jonathan Toyad|December 15, 2023|0 Comment
Developer Mundfish and publisher Focus Entertainment will be launching its DLC for Atomic Heart in a few months. If you love the weird-ass dream “Limbo” levels in the base game, you are going to love this.
Atomic Heart: Trapped In Limbo will be out on 6 February 2024. The DLC will pick up the end of the story in the main game and will introduce “Limbo” twisted stages and challenges, filled with new enemies and weapons to kill and use, respectively. Chocolate-and-candy slides, furry hands and costumes, bright medieval castles, and candy-themed enemies: it’s a dream-slash-nightmare scenario that will boggle the mind.
“Atomic Heart: trapped In Limbo introduces new sections of the twisted Limbo world bursting with fan-favourite challenges, but this time with a unique Limbo flavour! While diving into the new insane gameplay, players will be tasked with helping P-3 break through a series of dizzying obstacles, uncover the secrets of his past and the world of Limbo, and demolish uniquely looking opponents with marvellously-looking weapons in a combat extravaganza.
To rise from the depths of Limbo to the top and free P-3’s mind from his demons, players will have to do everything they can to curb the changed rules of the game. “Trapped in Limbo” holds the key to finding out the fate of Major P-3, and it is up to players to get their hands on it, surviving in this enigmatic world with inverted logic.”
Atomic Heart is out now for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles.
