Fantasy Anime Ishura Comes To Disney+ Hotstar In January 2024

In 2024 all-new Japanese anime returns to Disney+ Hotstar with the long-awaited release of Ishura on January 3.
An eagerly anticipated adaptation of the hit manga of the same name, Ishura tells the story of a world following the demise of the Demon King. With a host of demigods desperately trying to prove themselves as the “One True Hero”, these champions take on the world’s toughest challenges and competitors to determine who is the strongest of them all.
Adapted for the screen by Passione (Yuri Is My Job, Love Flops), Ishura is directed by Takeo Takahashi and Yuki Ogawa, with character design by Yoko Kikuchi and Yuka Takashina.
Set to release from January 3, Ishura joins an ever-growing library of exciting Japanese anime content available on Disney+ Hotstar.
