Pixel Art Adventure Recolit Announced For PC In February 2024
By Ali'sha Harris|December 4, 2023|0 Comment
Publisher Yokaze and publisher/developer Image Labo have announced their pixel art puzzle adventure titled Recolit is coming to PC in mid-February 2024.
Players will take on the role of a stranded astronaut whose spaceship malfunctions and crashes into a deserted town. According to the recently released trailer, it appears that the people you will encounter in this town are depicted in an orange-ish silhouette.
Intriguingly, they have the ability to communicate with the protagonist and seemingly vanish into thin air. The primary objective of this game is to find lights in a town that is constantly shrouded in darkness, where night seems to never end.
Based on the overview of the game, your role will involve assisting individuals in various trivial matters, such as requests for “something to drink” or “playing with a pigeon.” By fulfilling these requests, you will gradually progress towards “what really matters”. Additionally, during your journey, you encounter a mysterious girl who imparts an intriguing insight: “All right. I’ll wait for you.” There isn’t much information yet available about Recolit, however, the plot seems interesting so far.
Recolit is slated to launch on 16 February 2024 for PC via Steam. For those who wish to get firsthand experience, the game’s demo is now available.
