Fate/stay Night Remastered Confirmed For Nintendo Switch & PC
By Ali'sha HarrisVerified|January 31, 2024|0 Comment
Publisher Aniplex and developer Type-Moon have confirmed that the popular visual novel, Fate/stay Night will be getting remastered for Nintendo Switch and PC.
Fate/stay Night Remastered is based on the PS Vita release of the Fate/stay Night Realta Nua, which was launched in 2007 for PlayStation 2. This version serves as a remaster of the original game, targeting players aged 15 and up. In addition to featuring new language options, the remaster introduces voice acting, with the anime voice actors reprising their roles.
Fate/stay Night is a renowned visual novel that was developed by Type-Moon and exclusively released in Japan in 2004. Over the years, the game has been ported to various platforms and received several enhanced editions. Unlike the Vita’s Realta Nua version, the remastered version will not feature 18+ scenes and will be available in both English and Simplified Chinese for the first time.
The story revolves around the protagonist, Emiya Shirou, who unexpectedly finds himself embroiled in a conflict known as the Holy Grail War. This intense competition consists of seven sorcerers known as Masters, each accompanied by legendary heroes called Servants. The Masters engage in fierce battles, vying for possession of a mythical artifact known as the Holy Grail, which has the power to grant people’s deepest desires.
Although no specific release date has been revealed yet, Fate/stay Night Remastered will be released on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam sometime in 2024.
