Bullet-Hell FPS Bears In Space Blasts Off To PC This March
By Ali'sha Harris|February 6, 2024|0 Comment
Publisher Ravenscourt and developer Broadside Games have revealed the release of their upcoming indie game titled Bears In Space, which is set to launch next month.
Bears In Space provides players with the opportunity to engage in numerous battles against oil-thirsty robots while assuming the role of Maxwell Atoms, an extraterrestrial castaway who possesses a unique DNA structure merged with Beartana, the She-Bear.
In this game, the ability to double jump, dash, and skillfully dodge enemy attacks pays homage to the timeless mechanics of classic shooters. Additionally, players can collect and consume elusive honey pots, triggering a powerful transformation into a bear. This transformation not only grants access to unique DNA fusion abilities but also allows players to unleash their Ursine rage, mercilessly decimating robot foes with powerful bear abilities and unrivalled mastery of the ancient art of Bear Fu and the mystical Kuma No Ken.
Those who are interested can now get their hands on the new demo for Bears in Space during the Steam Nest Fest, which will take place from 10:00 am PT on 5th February to 10:00 am PT on 12th February.
The demo offers not just a standard battle against hordes of your robotic foes, but also a thrilling boss fight against the formidable Kraken. Additionally, players will have the chance to tackle seven side missions and engage in enjoyable minigames such as BasketCube and Bearjira. But that’s not all! The demo also provides players with access to a wide range of in-game weapons, including the SFG and Propeller Hat.
Bears In Space is slated to launch on 22 March 2024 for PC via Epic Games Store and Steam.
