Publisher Electronic Arts (EA) and developer Codemasters have confirmed the launch date for the latest edition in the Formula 1 Series, F1 24. In addition to the release date, existing F1 players get pre-order bonuses and discounts.

Players who pre-order the F1 24 Champions Edition and make their purchase by 24 April will have the opportunity to participate in Time Trial challenges using the new Alpine, Haas, McLaren, and Williams 2024 team cars. These challenges will take place before this weekend’s opening race of the season.

Players who currently own any of F1 2021, F1 22, or F1 23 will receive a 15% discount when they pre-order F1 24 Champions Edition. This offer is valid until 1 June. Furthermore, players who pre-order F1 24 Champions Edition will receive the McLaren and Alpine 2023 F1 esports liveries, which will carry over to F1 24. The full reveal of F1 24 is set to be unveiled sometime in April 2024.

Lee Mather, the Senior Creative Director at Codemasters, recently expressed excitement about the upcoming F1 24 launch:

“For the first time, our F1 23 players can now connect immediately with the 2024 season with some of their favourite teams ahead of this weekend’s first Lights Out. Our full reveal is coming soon, and we’re bringing players an overhauled Career mode, a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System, and so much more,”

F1 24 is slated to launch on 1 June 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via EA App, Epic Games Store, and Steam.
