After a dry spell of major updates, Palworld has finally released its biggest update for their game. The update is currently only available to Steam users, but fear not, Xbox One/Xbox Series S|X players will be able to enjoy this update as soon as its available. The update brings about much needed quality of life changes with its new raid boss, Bellanoir.

Unlike other raid bosses in other games, Bellanoir is summoned by placing a slab on the Summoning Altar. The Bellanoir’s Slab can be crafted by using four (4) Bellanoir’s Slab Fragments that you can obtain from dungeons. The Summoning Altar can be crafted at Level 33. Raids bosses are waaay stronger than your usual pals and cannot be caught unlike the bosses in game.

Other content includes big big quality of life changes like Recovery Meds that will help heal player’s health. This is definitely a great addition for going up against bosses and raid bosses. Another is the Homeward Thundercloud that will help teleport players to their nearest base when used. My favourite item added is the Ring of Mercy, which makes it so players are unable to reduce an enemies HP below zero when attacking.
