By Lewis "lickety" Larcombe|May 15, 2024|0 Comment
The eagerly awaited Warhammer Skulls festival is making a comeback this May, promising an action-packed showcase for fans of Warhammer video games. Games Workshop and their licensed partners are set to kick off the event on 23 May at 5:00 PM BST / 9:00 AM PST / 24 May at 12:00 AM UTC+8.
Now in its eighth year, Warhammer Skulls has become a staple event for fans, featuring exclusive reveals and announcements. This year’s event will be hosted by the ever-charismatic Rahul Kohli, known for his roles in The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, and Death and Other Details. Fans can look forward to updates on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, among other titles.
In addition to these major updates, there will be new information on several other games, including Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, Total War: Warhammer, Blood Bowl 3, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
Rahul Kohli, reflecting on his return to host the event, shared, “Being part of Skulls 2023 was such an honour. The Warhammer community has been incredibly welcoming and positive about Boltgun (and Malum Caedo), so I had to return for Skulls 2024. It’s one of those rare jobs where you’re as excited about the upcoming showcase and announcements as the fans are!”
Starting 23 May, Warhammer enthusiasts can take advantage of week-long offers and freebies, with discounts of up to 90% on Warhammer titles. Additionally, new content, DLCs, and free updates will be available across various platforms, including Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic, Windows 10, GOG, Apple, and GeForce Now.
To catch the live showcase and stay updated, fans can follow Warhammer on Twitch and join the conversation using the hashtag #WarhammerSkulls on social media. Detailed information and links to sales will be available on warhammer-community.com/skulls after the livestream.
