After Six Long Years, This King Of Fighters Game Is Shutting Down
All good things have to come to an end, even free-to-play games that seemingly can live forever.
Publisher Netmarble has announced that it will be shutting down and ending the services of its online action RPG title The King of Fighters AllStar, its collaboration with SNK that’s basically a spin-off of The King of Fighters fighting game series. The servers will shut down on 30 October 2024.
Here’s the full breakdown on what’s going to happen with the sunsetting of the game:
– Service Termination & Game Download End Date: 2024/10/30 19:00 (PDT)
-Package Sales Termination: After the 6/26 maintenance.

You cannot consult the community after closure. If there is any data you would like to keep, please save it privately before the closure.
The mobile action RPG title for iOS and Android made its debut back in 2018 and features a huge roster of collectible gacha characters from SNK’s eclectic franchise. You can form your own KOF/Fatal Fury team and beat up enemies in side-scrolling fashion and duel with the series’ big bads.
But that isn’t the only reason why people remember it. The King of Fighters All-Stars boasts a ton of fighting game and sports-related collaborations which include:
