Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have announced that the Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree expansion has sold five million units within its first three days of release.
Five million players, huh? So, imagine how many (in-game) deaths there’ve been… Impossible to count…
Kidding aside, Elden Ring was originally launched for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC in February 2022. The Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree expansion launched on 21 June 2024.
Elden Ring is an action RPG depicting the worldview of George R.R. Martin, author of fantasy novel series such as “A Song of Ice and Fire,” and FromSoftware’s Hidetaka Miyazaki.
