GigaBash joins the Ultraman Experience Event at Sunway Pyramid

Passion Republic Games has announced that its popular 3D brawler, GigaBash, will be part of the “Ultraman The Hero Premiere 2024 In Malaysia,” an 11-day event that promises a thrilling lineup of activities and showcases everything related to Ultraman.
The event, which will last 11 days, will showcase a myriad of activities dedicated to celebrating the Ultraman series. From 13 June to 23 June 2024, fans are invited to gather at the LG2 Orange Concourse in Sunway Pyramid for an unforgettable experience.
It is the perfect gathering for Ultraman enthusiasts and those looking to immerse themselves in the franchise that has captivated fans for over half a century. It is co-organized by Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd and One Universal Production Sdn Bhd, ensuring a spectacular showcase that includes a 2.6-meter tall Ultraman statue and a display of the Gigantron costume, which promises to be a fan favourite.
A highlight of the event is the introduction of Ultraman Arc to Malaysian audiences, with its premiere airing scheduled on Astro Ceria in July. Ultraman Arc’s debut in Malaysia during the event signifies a thrilling development for fans, offering an exclusive sneak peek ahead of its TV airing.
Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to catch “Ultraman Blazar the Movie: Tokyo Kaiju Showdown,” screening at TGV Cinemas from 20 June 2024. The screening is made even more special with the appearance of Tomoya Warabino, the movie’s lead actor. In line with this, Passion Republic is hosting a game demo booth at TGV Cinemas, Sunway Pyramid, enhancing the fan experience.
This event also celebrates the 15th anniversary of Ultraman Zero with a special stage comeback, invoking nostalgia and excitement amongst long-time followers of the series. The weekend mini-stage shows promise engaging live performances and interactive segments designed to entertain attendees. Special activities for children included too, such as an inflatable playland and origami sessions.
A key feature of the event is the chance for attendees to play the GigaBash Ultraman DLC, allowing fans to engage in battles between iconic tokusatsu characters. The DLC features beloved characters such as Ultraman, Ultraman Tiga, Baltan, and Camearra, offering a thrilling brawling experience.
Fans can also commemorate their visit with exclusive Ultraman merchandise available at the special pop-up store throughout the event. From toys to apparel, there’s something for every Ultraman fan to take home.
This exciting event is a must-visit for anyone looking to dive deep into the world of Ultraman, offering a unique blend of nostalgia, entertainment, and interactive fun.
