Small Soldiers-Inspired Hypercharge Unboxed Reaches Major Milestone on Xbox
By Ali'sha Harris|July 2, 2024|0 Comment
Hypercharge: Unboxed, the first and third-person action figure shooter game inspired by the cult classic movie Small Soldiers, has reached a significant milestone on Xbox. In less than a month of its release on the Xbox platform, the game has already surpassed 100,000 copies in sales.
One of the key reasons behind its success is its unique concept. Players have the opportunity to step into the shoes of action figures in a toy world, where they can use weapons to engage in combat. Hypercharge: Unboxed offers a variety of traditional shooter game modes, including PvP and PvE options. Players can team up with friends to take on waves of enemies in cooperative gameplay, perfect for those who enjoy working together and achieving shared goals.
With a wide range of customization options, players can personalize their action figure characters and weapons with customizable skins and accessories. There is no pay-to-win option, so you will have to earn your unlocks the old-school way – winning.
The developers have been working hard to gather feedback and improve the game. Hypercharge: Unboxed has been getting constant content, such as the recent cross-platform support feature, to keep things fresh. Digital Cybercherries has confirmed bringing the game to PlayStation “by the end of this year” or “early next year.” Plus, a possible sequel or prequel to the game.
Hypercharge: Unboxed is out for Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam
