Diablo 4 Season 5: How To Farm Mythic Uniques

Diablo 4 Season 5 is out right now for playing, and introduces a new type of legendary loot: Mythic Unique.

Unlike Uniques, Mythic Uniques are highlight in purple and are clearly better than their Unique counterparts in stats and abilities. In fact, certain new loot and weapons in Diablo 4’s latest season are only available as Mythic Uniques like the elusive Tyrael’s Might.

How do you farm for these in Diablo 4? Let’s go through this step-by-step.

Diablo 4 Season 5: How To Farm Mythic Uniques

Farming for these awesome weapons is the same as farming for Uniques: kill the Tormented versions of Bosses on the map. They are located in gates with skulls-and-horns on them and require materials to summon.

To summon Tormented versions of Bosses, you need three times their corresponding materials and a Stygian Stone. You can farm the former all over the map, Nightmare Dungeons, and Helltide events (which are abundant this Season). You can farm for Stygian Stones in the Season’s new mode: the Infernal Horde. The higher the Infernal Compass’ tier, the more you can score (via the right-most materials chest after the Infernal Horde run & boss fight).

Diablo 4 Season 5 Boss Materials & Loot List

Like we said before: Mythic Uniques are dropped by Tormented versions of these bosses. However, you can target farm for specific Uniques from specific regular versions of the bosses. For example, regular Grigoire drops Gloves of the Illuminator and Axial Conduit for Sorcerers, while regular Lord Zir drops Staff of Endless Rage and Fractured Winterglass. The Tormented versions of Grigoire and Lord Zir drop these as well as Mythic Uniques (though their chances are pretty low).

Mythic Unique Loot Drop List

Tyrael’s Might: Great armour for all classes. Lets you shoot Holy Bolts from your skills at full health
