PUBG Mobile marks Malaysia Day with Exciting New Local Additions for Players

Get ready to celebrate Malaysia Day in style with PUBG Mobile’s exciting new additions! To mark this special occasion, PUBG Mobile is introducing new Malaysian local dialect voice packs, bringing an even more immersive experience to the battle royale game.

Last year, players were treated to the first three regional dialects: Sabah, Kedah, and the East Coast (Kelantan and Terengganu). This year, get ready for the release of Negeri Sembilan, Perak, and Sarawak dialects voice packs, each featuring popular local phrases that truly capture the essence of these regions.

Players can look forward to famous local dialect phrases, such as:

  • Sarawak Dialect: Balik cita kita orang. Safe zone dah mau tutup

  • Negeri Sembilan Dialect: Tunggu apo lain kita tojak sambo-sambo

  • Perak Dialect: Senyap penuh ko mo pun, cakap lah sikit

But that’s not all – the beloved Nasi Lemak and Roti John outfit and weapon set are making a comeback for a limited time. Show off your Malaysian pride by equipping these iconic culinary-inspired items and stand out on the battlefield.

Here are a few words from PUBG Mobile Country Manager for Malaysia, Eugene Chin:

“We are thrilled to expand our dialect voicepack offerings for Malaysia Day. We believe that these additions will allow players to connect with their roots and celebrate the diversity of Malaysia’s culture.”

Mark your calendars because these new dialect voice packs, along with the returning Nasi Lemak and Roti John items, will be available in-game from 14 September to 31 October 2024. Get ready to experience the thrill of battle while immersing yourself in the rich cultural tapestry of Malaysia.
