Initially available only in digital format, fans can soon rejoice as physical editions for the PlayStation 5 is on the horizon! Developer Game Science has officially shared the news, confirming that the much-anticipated master disc is now “ready,” paving the way for collectors and enthusiasts to get their hands on a physical copy.

In a tweet from the game’s official X/Twitter account, Game Science expressed gratitude for players’ patience and excitement over the upcoming release. While the exact date for the physical edition remains under wraps, anticipation is building, and fingers crossed, we won’t have to wait too long for more details.

“Destined Ones, thank you for your patience! With the master disc for #BlackMythWukong ready, the PS5 physical edition will be available to you very soon”.

Adding to the buzz, Black Myth: Wukong has also been rated for Xbox Series X/S by the ESRB, hinting at a possible dual announcement. Could Game Science be planning to unveil all this news in one go? Only time will tell.
